Kleintjieland Preschool & Day Care Privacy Statement

GENERAL INFORMATION

Kleintjieland hereby notify the Applicant (you, your,I, my, me), that we will collect and process your Personal Information (Personal Information as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act No.4 of 2013 or any equivalent legislation) for purposes of a possible employment relationship in relation to the Applicant currently not employed by Kleintjieland. We may have to get your Personal Information from (or share it with) external third parties who provide a service or assistance to us, such as Payfast and its third party merchants, our successors in title or to any other third party who may have a justifiable interest in getting your Personal Information or furnishing us with your Personal Information, such as Banking Association of South Africa or even get it from or share it with government departments with authority over you or us, or your potential future employers.

CONSENT

I give consent to Kleintjieland to collect and process my Personal Information in relation to my possible employment or employment relationship with Kleintjieland, subject to Kleintjieland privacy policies and within the parameters of the law. The collection and processing will include without limitations:

1. Collecting my Personal Information from third parties when reasonably necessary and/or if it is impracticable to collect such Personal Information directly from me.

2. Sharing of my Personal Information with third parties, if necessary, for purposes of online payment system.

3. Processing my Personal Information for purposes of complying with any legislative or regulatory requirements.

4. Transferring and/processing my Personal Information outside the Republic of South Africa, where necessary, on condition that such transfer and/or processing is subject to applicable laws, binding corporate rules or binding agreement.

5. Processing my special Personal Information (such as race, ethnic origin, biometric information, or alleged criminal behaviour), only where necessary and subject to Kleintjieland’s privacy policies and applicable laws.
